Herbarium Collection - Blechnum Fern

This hand-carved linoleum block print series was built from a personal collection of pressed flowers, plants and leaves.

This Blechnum Fern specimen was a special gift and was carved during a residency in Copenhagen in 2024. The Blechnum Fern is a genus of ferns within the family Blechnaceae, known for its distinctively leathery, evergreen fronds.

It is printed to order on beige pacon paper with linseed oil inks in tones of burgundy and rose and measures 45cm x 30cm.
